- Candidates should be capable of independently managing OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency medical cases
Job Type
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU and emergency settings
- Interpret laboratory investigations, ECG, X-rays, and other diagnostic reports
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Coordinate with super specialists for multidisciplinary patient care
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, prescriptions, and discharge summaries
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and quality standards
Skills Required
- Strong clinical expertise in Internal Medicine
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Good communication and patient counselling abilities
- Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
