Consultant - Finance & Accounting

Job Description

Years of Experience: 5–8 years

Reports To: Manager

Desired Qualification: Any University Degree (10+2+3) + CA (Chartered Accountant)

Summary and Purpose:

Engage/work with Gloplax's clients/stakeholders to understand the business and operational needs for all accounting and finance activities. The work would also involve liaison with outsourced service providers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Closure of monthly/ yearly books in accordance with accounting policies/standards

Completion of yearly audit and coordinating with Internal Auditors.

Setting up of processes and procedures with strong Internal Control.

Preparation of monthly Management reports.

Timely compliance like under GST / I Tax / SEZ / STPI

Working with Tax consultants to provide all information relating to Transfer Pricing / Tax returns etc

Working and collaborating with Teams and International teams and partners

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

Solid knowledge of financial and accounting standards and processes

Good knowledge of GST / Income Tax laws

Experience using financial software and tools

Advanced MS Excel skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with auditors and tax consultants.
