About the role:

Pierag is looking for a Financial due Diligence professional to execute FDD assignments. The individual 

should have experience in Technical Accounting/ Financial Accounting and Advisory Services. The 

executive is expected to display strong technical knowledge in IFRS/Ind AS and also having good working 

knowledge of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint. Experience in FDD services is an added advantage. The 

individual should be hands-on in the execution of work. 

Scope of Work: 

Execution of FDD assignments.

Handling information and data ingestion relating to FDD assignments.

Assist Associate Director/Manager in managing day-to-day workflow of FDD assignments.

Assist Associate Director/Manager in other tasks related to Deals Advisory Services.

Manage and develop junior team members.

Brief and guide junior team members of their tasks.

Review and supervise the work of junior team members.

Provide quality assurance on tasks performed by junior team members.

Prepare draft valuation report/deliverable for review by Partner/ Associate Director/Manager.

Assist in Partner/Associate Director/Manager review of the assignment working papers and the 

draft report.

Assist in organizing and providing technical training.

You should be: 

  • 0-2 plus years of post–qualification experience (CA/CPA/ACCA) in auditing, accounting, or finance 
  • controllership roles 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Expert knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and Indian accounting standards 
  • Expert in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience on FDD engagements will be an added advantage.
