Job Responsibilities

• Work independently on Tableau to Power BI migration tasks and ensure smooth report conversion.
• Analyze existing Tableau dashboards, calculations, filters, and data models, and rebuild them effectively in Power BI.
• Handle ambiguity in reporting requirements and come up with a structured migration and analytics approach.
• Articulate dashboard logic, migration approach, and analytical findings clearly with client and internal teams.
• Proactively identify reporting gaps, data issues, and optimization opportunities that improve business insights and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of migrated dashboards and reports.
• Support data analysis and generate meaningful business insights through visualizations and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Tableau and Power BI.

Must have:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or dashboard development.
• Advanced hands-on experience in both Tableau and Power BI.
