JD FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINER

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic English Language Trainer whowill be responsible for implementing effective English learning programs to foster continuous development of the candidates. This role will focus on enhancing student proficiency in English language and preparing them for placement as per the industry requirements within India or abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct English Language Training Sessions to candidates from various sectors, focusing on conversational skills, reading, writing, comprehension, English vocabulary etc.

Evaluate students language proficiency through regular assessments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.

Utilize teaching tools, online content, session plans and other materials, for effective teaching in the classroom and drive expected results in the English exams. Also, develop new teaching English language training content as per the requirement.

Explore best practices in language instruction, incorporating innovative methods and technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Adapt training programs to accommodate different learning styles, levels, and objectives, ensuring that each student achieves their language goals.

Integrate cultural insights and nuances into language training, fostering a deeper understanding of English culture and customs.

Keep detailed records of student progress, attendance, and certification status, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.

Engage with management and candidates, to understand their needs and preferences, providing regular progress updates and feedback.

Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure a cohesive language training strategy, sharing best practices and resources.

Eligibility:

Educational Qualifications

Master's degree preferably MA in English/Communication etc.

Professional Certification Internationally recognized English Certifications:

Preferably CELTA ( Min C1) /TESOL ( Level 5 or above) /TEFT/IELTS Trainer Certification ( Min 7.5 or above) / Similar internationally recognized certification

Experience

05 years of training experience with at least 2 years of classroom training in English language
