Consultant Doctor - For Trichology & Cosmetology Clinic
Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified and client-focused Consultant Doctor to provide expert dermatology and trichology consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, ensure treatment safety, and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is ethical, confident, and passionate about cosmetic medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Consultation & Diagnosis
Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, assess medical history, and diagnose conditions accurately.
Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clinical suitability and client expectations.
Explain procedures, risks, results, timelines, and aftercare clearly.
Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.
Aesthetic & Clinical Procedures
Superwise Or Perform Dermatology And Aesthetic Treatments Including
Laser Hair Reduction
Laser Skin Procedures
Chemical Peels
PRP Therapy
Microneedling
Botox
Fillers
Threads
Other cosmetology procedures/ Injectables as per training
Ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters and follow-ups.
Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
Build trust through ethical guidance, accurate communication, and empathy.
Handle queries, doubts, and objections with clarity and professionalism.
Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage strong retention.
Team Collaboration & Clinic Support
Work closely with consultants, technicians, and front desk staff.
Support treatment conversions ethically while prioritizing medical suitability.
Participate in internal training and contribute to SOP improvements.
Assist in smooth clinical operations when required.
Who Can Apply
Qualification: BDS/MDS/ MBBS
Experience: For MBBS - 1 -2 Years, For BDS/MDS - 3-5 Years
Min 15 years in dermatology, cosmetology, or trichology preferred
Hands-on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic / Injectable procedures, blood extraction.
Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
Ethical practice and client-centric approach
Salary: BDS/MDS - Rs 6 - 8 LPA
MBBS - Rs 10 - 12 LPA
Experience: 1-5 Years
Office Timings
6 days working | 9:45 AM 7:00 PM
No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, Sunday
