Key Performance Indicators:

Typical engagements would involve (but not be limited to) the following:

Client Management: Understanding project request, structuring, planning & conceptualizing output, negotiate deadline and handling client queries.

Survey Programming using Dimensions: Understanding Q'nair requirement and sending queries to client. Developing survey using Dimensions tool. Should be able to troubleshoot any issues related to programming independently.

Changes management: Working on any changes from client side and activating project once approved.

Translation: Working on translations in various markets as per project requirements.

– Knowledge of custom scripting using CSS/HTML/jQuery is desired

Required Competencies:

Knowledge of javascript / jquery will be added advantage.

Experience in managing client communications and handling projects independently.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, as evidenced by extensive experience in utilizing those

skills in survey programming.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Required Knowledge: Dimension tool
