About Position:
The role requires a focus on the technology enablers in Privacy and AI Governance, working with clients as they leverage technology to implement, manage, and automate enterprise-wide programs in Privacy and AI Governance.

What You'll Do:
- Lead configuration and rollout of Digital Trust platforms across domains of Digital Trust.
- Customize workflows, templates, rules, and dashboards aligned to regulatory obligations.
Integrations & Automation
- Design and support API-based integrations between Digital Trust platforms and enterprise systems (HR, CRM, marketing, ticketing, cloud services, etc.).
- Troubleshoot integration failures and data synchronization issues.
- Deploy and leverage AI capabilities where applicable.
- Support automation of recurring processes.
Compliance & Reporting
- Operationalize regulatory requirements required by multiple laws and regulations.
- Generate audit-ready reports, dashboards, and compliance evidence.
- Ensure accuracy and traceability of processing records and workflow outputs.
Technical & Delivery Leadership
- Act as a technical point of contact for Digital Trust tooling on projects.
- Participate actively in client or internal workshops to shape technical design decisions.
- Proactively identify platform optimization opportunities.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA Systems/bachelor's or master's degree in information risk, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, AI, or related fields.
- IAPP Certifications – CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP.
- ISACA / (ISC)² Certifications – CDPSE, CISA.
- ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO/IEC 42001 implementation certifications.
- Strong attention to detail, logical structuring, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and proactively keep up with industry developments.
- Ability to understand technical aspects in depth.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, especially for report writing and presentations.
- Demonstrated interest in privacy, ethics, compliance, and Responsible AI.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks under supervision.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
