About the Role
We are looking for a Dietitian / Nutritionist to join our team and work with international clients, primarily through consultations over calls.
This is a client-facing role where your nutrition knowledge, communication skills and ability to confidently speak with clients will be equally important.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating in fluent English, understanding a client's requirements, explaining nutrition plans clearly, building trust and guiding potential clients toward becoming long-term clients.
This is a particularly good opportunity for a Dietitian who wants exposure to international clients and international nutrition consulting, rather than working only in a traditional clinic or hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with international clients over calls.
- Understand clients health, lifestyle, nutrition and weight-management requirements.
- Explain nutrition and lifestyle recommendations in a simple and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships and trust with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and assist in converting consultations into paying clients.
- Communicate confidently with clients from different countries and backgrounds.
- Work closely with the nutrition and sales team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate client information and follow the company's consultation process.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics / Nutrition / Food & Nutrition or a relevant qualification.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls.
- Good understanding of nutrition and diet planning.
- Willingness to work with international clients and work according to international time zones.
Preferred:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in dietetics, nutrition consulting, counselling or client-facing roles are preferred.
- Candidates from reputed universities such as Chandigarh University, Chitkara University, Amity University, CGC University, Lovely Professional University, Rayat Bahra University and other recognised universities will be preferred.
- Previous experience handling consultations, counselling or client conversion will be an advantage.
