The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Consultant Dermatologist to independently lead patient care during flexible daytime hours and subsequently collaborate with our Senior Dermatologist, Dr. Nishant Ghodake, during his evening OPD. This is a rare opportunity to build your own practice within a fully-equipped, reputed clinical environment, without the overhead of setting up independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conduct OPD consultations during self-chosen daytime hours.
• Diagnose and manage the complete spectrum of dermatological and cosmetological conditions.
• Prescribe, plan and execute procedures using the full suite of advanced equipment.
• Assist and collaborate with Dr. Nishant during evening OPD sessions.
• Develop and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records and follow-up protocols.
• Contribute to patient education, awareness, and preventive dermatology initiatives.
• Uphold clinical quality standards and ethical practice guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS with MD / DVD in Dermatology (DVL / Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology).
• Valid registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) / State Medical Council.
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification clinical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of dermatology, dermatosurgery & aesthetic procedures.
• Strong diagnostic acumen across medical, surgical & cosmetic dermatology.
• Hands-on experience with laser, light-based, and device-assisted therapies is a plus.
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude alongside the ability to work independently.
• Conversant in Hindi, English & Marathi (open to learning the local language).
