Its flagship initiative, Lakshya, supports meritorious students from low-income backgrounds in preparing for NEET and JEE through structured academic support, mentorship, and continuous assessmentbridging the gap between talent and opportunity.

Role Description

The Consultant CSR Partnership will lead fundraising, corporate engagement, and strategic partnerships to support large-scale education initiatives such as Lakshya (NEET/JEE readiness), Skill Development, and School Education Programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Fundraising & Partnerships

Identify and engage potential CSR partners (PSUs, corporates, foundations)

Build and manage a strong pipeline of funding opportunities

Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: outreach proposal closure relationship management

2. Proposal Development & Pitching

Develop high-quality CSR proposals, concept notes, and presentations

Align proposals with corporate CSR mandates and compliance frameworks

3. Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads and corporate leaders

Act as the primary point of contact for partners

4. Reporting & Compliance

Ensure CSR documentation aligns with compliance requirements (Companies Act, 12A, 80G, etc.)

Support donor reporting with impact data and utilisation reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

37+ years experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or business development

Strong proposal writing and stakeholder management skills

Experience in education/social sector preferred
