Job Title: Caller / Telecaller
Department: Operations / Customer Support
Job Purpose
The Caller is responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to customers or prospects to provide information, resolve queries, follow up on requests, while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned data.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Communicate clearly in Tamil / Hindias required
- Explain company products, services, offers, or processes
- Handle customer objections, concerns, or complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate call records and update details in system
- Follow up with customers as per schedule
- Adhere to company policies, and calling guidelines
Language Requirement (Mandatory)
