Job Description

Job Title: Caller / Telecaller

Department: Operations / Customer Support

Job Purpose

The Caller is responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to customers or prospects to provide information, resolve queries, follow up on requests, while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned data.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate clearly in Tamil / Hindias required
  • Explain company products, services, offers, or processes
  • Handle customer objections, concerns, or complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate call records and update details in system
  • Follow up with customers as per schedule
  • Adhere to company policies, and calling guidelines

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

✅ Candidate must be fluent in first two of the following languages:

  • Tamil
  • Hindi
  • Kannada

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Active listening and customer-handling ability
  • Patience and problem-solving mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge
