Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design aValue-Based Competency Frameworkfor all roles within the organization.
  • IdentifyDifferentiating Competenciesfor critical roles.
  • Developdetailed behavioral indicatorsandproficiency levelsfor each competency.
  • Align competency mapping with the broaderL&D strategyandorganizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), team leads, and stakeholders to gather role-specific insights.
  • Enable integration of the framework into existing HR systems such as performance appraisals, career pathing, and development planning.
  • Conduct workshops or interviews as needed to validate and socialize the framework.
  • Recommend approaches forcontinuous learningandknowledge sharingto foster a learning organization.
  • Define metrics and processes for evaluating the impact of the competency framework.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and training content for rollout and implementation support.

Desired Profile:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementingcompetency frameworksacross various organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding ofL&D strategy,learning needs identification, andtraining processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work withcross-functional teamsand managestakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Prior experience in identifying and codifyingbehavioral indicators and proficiency levelsis essential.
  • Exposure tolearning metricsand evaluating learning effectiveness is a plus.
  • Preferably has worked with or innon-profit,consulting, orresearch-based organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Master s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in competency mapping, HR consulting, or L&D.

Salary:Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills.

Start date:As soon as possible
