Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or solution-based selling environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Email communication tools (e.g., Outlook).
- Presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).

- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations in response to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure successful product delivery

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies and applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools

- Background in engineering, technology, or related field preferred
