What is the work
- Integrate Metabase with the Bidzoo auction platform for data visualization and analytics.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor auction performance, user activity, and sales metrics.
- Configure automated report generation and scheduling for internal stakeholders.
- Design and optimize data models, ETL pipelines, and data transformations.
- Connect BI tools to multiple data sources such as SQL databases, APIs, and cloud services.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance optimization across reporting systems.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and management teams to define reporting requirements.
- Implement real-time or near real-time reporting for auction activities.
- Document data architecture, reporting workflows, and integration processes.
What skills and experience are we looking for
- 36 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
- Experience integrating Metabase or similar BI tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Experience working with REST APIs and web-based data sources.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to design interactive dashboards and data visualization solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce or auction platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data automation.
- Experience implementing role-based access control for BI reports.
