Junior Business Finance Associate with 35 years of professional experience to join our finance team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to deepen their expertise in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis while contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and interpret financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and rolling forecasts to support business planning.
- Cost Management: Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Finance / Equivalent professional qualification.
- 35 years of relevant experience in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance, preferably in IT Services.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
