Job Title: Clinic Consultant / Patient Counsellor

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented, and client-focused Clinic Consultant who can effectively handle client consultations, generate treatment conversions, manage follow-ups, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, counselling abilities, basic computer proficiency, and a good understanding of hair and skin treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Counselling

Attend and manage walk-in and appointment-based consultations.
Understand client concerns related to hair and skin issues.
Explain treatment plans, benefits, procedures, and expected outcomes.
Counsel clients and address objections professionally.

Sales & Revenue Generation

Convert consultations into treatment enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Upsell and cross-sell suitable treatments and packages.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of consultations and client interactions.

Call Handling & Lead Management

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinic teams.
Ensure timely closure of inquiries and leads.

System & Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain client records and treatment details in CRM/software.
Manage daily reports, consultation records, and follow-up schedules.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with clinic procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in counselling, sales, clinic consulting, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, cosmetology, healthcare, or aesthetic industry will be preferred.
