Job Title: Consultant : Audiology and Clinical Operations

Location: Multiple Locations in India (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Karnataka, Maharashtra)

Job Summary

An Audiologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating hearing and balance disorders along with other related services like managing Tinnitus, Speech disorders, etc. Audiologists will take care of patients of all ages, providing solutions such as hearing aids, therapy, rehabilitation programs and associated patient requirements

Key Responsibilities

·Conduct hearing assessments using diagnostic tools (Full battery of audiological & related assessments.)

·  Diagnose hearing and balance disorders

·  Fit and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices

· Train and guide patients on Do's & Dont's related to the Ear anatomy and provide counselling to patients and families on hearing loss and solution options best suited to their lifestyle needs

· Develop and implement auditory rehabilitation programs and participate in various research and development work of the organization.

· Maintain patient records and reports

· Stay updated with advancements in audiology technology.

· Partner with organization in building ethical protocols and services.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's or master's degree in Audiology (BASLP / MASLP)

·       1 + years of clinical experience in audiology practice

·       RCI certification

·       Technical proficiency with audiology equipment.
