Job Description

Behavioural Competency:

Possess the attitude to make the patient care the primary concern, treating every patient compassionately, demonstrating empathy.
Seek to treat patients maintaining patient s dignity, privacy, autonomy, and confidentiality.
Prepared to work as a team member, in manner that best serves the patient s interest.
Prepared to understand and follow the Hospital rules and regulations, and demonstrate positive attitude when it comes to additional duties required by the head of department or Hospital.
Demonstrate professionalism in a manner, so as to serve as a role model, and be willing to mentor the junior colleagues

Technical/Functional Competency:

Should demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and be able to communicate in a way which assists understanding.
Should demonstrate analytical skills to organize plan of action for teaching, research, clinical and administrative work.
Should demonstrate experience in initiating and conducting research independently with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Must have a working knowledge of the use of personal computers
