Position Summary
- Partner with Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives, market research and Domain/Technology Point of Views
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders to develop practice and domain capability collaterals
- Support end-to-end pre-sales cycle of the Business Development team, such as, proposal writing/bid responses, building relevant collaterals and organizing client events
- Manage sections of deal responses (Solution architecture & articulation, pricing & estimation, case studies, value proposition, win themes etc.)
- Gather and report industry information (e.g., KYC, Competitor Intelligence, Market Trends etc.)
- Ability to learn and contribute across different functional areas (Solutioning, practice development, domain-based pitches, accelerators etc.)
- Coordinate and support client visits
Mandatory Requirements/Skills
- PGDM/MBA from a premier B School with a minimum CGPA of 7.0/10
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Experience in supporting/working in technology areas such as, AI/GenAI would be an added advantage
