Role Description

The Consultant Anesthesiologist will be responsible for providing safe and effective anesthesia services for day care procedures, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgery. The role involves pre-anesthetic evaluation, intra-operative monitoring, and post-anesthesia care, while coordinating closely with surgeons and nursing staff. The consultant will also ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and emergency preparedness within the day care setting.

Qualifications

MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

MD / DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized university or board.

Valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.

Minimum .5-1 years of post-qualification clinical experience (experience in day care or short-stay procedures preferred).
