Consultant - 3D Experiential Spatial Designer

We also produce and manage the biggest music events, live performances, sports, plays across India such as Lollapalooza, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Bandland, Guns N Roses, U2, Cirque De Soleil, Indian Premier League and others. Your Profile

• Develop and iterate oncreative decor conceptsand comprehensive spatial designs that align with the event's brand, theme, and audience experience goals.
• Create detailed 3D models and visualizations of event layouts, stages, zones, and interactive installations.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders using mood boards, renderings, and technical drawings.
• Translate approved designs into accurate technical drawings and specifications for construction and production.
• Design and prepareprint-ready filesfor all event signage, wayfinding, and branding elements (e.g., banners, backdrops, vinyl graphics) ensuring color accuracy and proper bleed/trim.
• Maintain an expert understanding of various printing and fabrication techniques suitable for large-scale outdoor events.
• Serve as the primary creative point of contact with externalvendors and fabricators(e.g., signage companies, scenic shops, decor suppliers).
• Oversee the entire execution process, ensuring all elements are fabricated and installed according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and walk-throughs to verify placement, lighting, and overall aesthetic quality of all spatial and decor elements.

Your Checklist

• Proven experiencein spatial design, environmental design, or art direction for large-scale events, music festivals, or concerts.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, innovative, and functional experiential designs.
• Expert Proficiencyin graphic design and layout software, includingAdobe IllustratorandAdobe Photoshop.
• Expert Proficiencyin 3D modeling and visualization software:SketchUpalong with3ds MaxorMaya.
• Deep understanding of materials, construction methods, and the logistics required for temporary, large-scale outdoor installations.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
