Job Description

  • Consultancy Services:
    • Provide expert consultancy services to clients, offering innovative solutions to technical challenges and optimizing project outcomes.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses for proposed projects.
    • Develop technical specifications, bid documents, and evaluation criteria for project tenders.
  • Project Execution:
    • Execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including civil, structural, and environmental engineers, to integrate all aspects of project design.
    • Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Standards:
    • Ensure all designs meet relevant national and international standards, codes, and regulations.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Implement quality control procedures and perform regular audits to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
    • Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
    • Present design concepts, technical solutions, and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide technical support during the construction phase and address any design-related issues that arise.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the technical skills of the engineering team.
    • Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.
