CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Plan detailed job schedules for workers and subcontractors to optimize resource allocation and meet project timelines
• Monitor job progress continuously, record key achievements, and communicate updates effectively to management
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly on construction sites to minimize delays and maintain workflow

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Construction fields
• Possess certifications in Project Management to ensure effective project oversight
