Are you passionate about construction, site execution, and team leadership NJS Solicitor is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at site
* Plan and track work progress as per timelines
* Handle and coordinate site workers and teams
* Maintain daily reports, records, and documentation
* Monitor site progress and update management regularly
* Manage attendance and workforce productivity
* Ensure proper use of materials and resources
* Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors
* Execute work as per drawings and specifications
* Manage project completion and handover procedures
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
* Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site execution
* Ability to read drawings, layouts, and BOQs
* Basic knowledge of estimation and material calculation
* Familiarity with CAD, CAM, AutoCAD, or similar software
* Understanding of safety standards and site regulations
* Strong leadership and team handling skills
* Good communication and reporting abilities
* Problem-solving and time management skills
* Candidates with a two-wheeler will be given preference
Work Details:
6 days working
