Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi and NCR for a Construction Site Supervisor. The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, inspecting construction work for compliance with design and safety standards, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors. The role involves enforcing construction safety protocols, managing workforce allocation, and addressing any on-site challenges that may arise.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision to manage and oversee construction activities efficiently
- Strong Communication skills for coordination with team members, contractors etc.
- Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality and design standards
- Thorough knowledge of Construction Safety to adhere to and enforce safety regulations on-site
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work long hours under pressure .
- 3+ years of experience in interior work site supervision
- Proficiency in construction management tools and software is an advantage
