Requirements:

. Responsible for assisting Project coordinator & General Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, manager and staff

. Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors

. Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site

. Ensure smooth job operations

. Able to rectify and supervise works done on site

. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

. Having minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry/ project site work is beneficial

. Able to read and write in simple English is a plus

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

. Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

. Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills

. Can work well in a team

. Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

. Can multitask, must help to do general work if required

. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

. Ability to keep track of multiple projects

. Possess good work attitude
