Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and responsible
Construction Site Manager to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure timely project execution, and maintain quality and safety standards at the construction site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols
- Handle site workforce, attendance, and productivity
- Inspect construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns when required
- Manage material usage, inventory, and procurement coordination
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and layouts
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Reporting
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
