Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects on-site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee the work of laborers and tradesmen.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering or project management.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.
