We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The Construction Safety Manager will oversee and implement safety protocols, ensure compliance with occupational health regulations, conduct safety training sessions, lead accident investigations, and promote a culture of safety within the workplace. The role includes collaborating with on-site teams to uphold industrial safety standards and environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines while identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

• Strong knowledge in Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
• Proven ability to conduct Safety Training and promote awareness
• Experience in Accident Investigation and preparing detailed reports
• Expertise in Industrial Safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to assess potential risks and implement efficient safety measures
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of local safety laws and guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are an advantage
