Key Roles and Responsibilities: -
. Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
. Prepare project schedules, work plans, and timelines.
. Develop and monitor project budgets and control costs.
. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
. Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
. Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
. Supervise site activities and monitor construction progress.
. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, andsub contractor services.
. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
. Resolve technical issues, conflicts, and project delays.
. Prepare project reports and provide updates tomanagement and clients.
. Ensure all work complies with contract specifications and project requirements.
. Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, variations, and reports.
. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
. Oversee project handover, final inspections, and defect rectification.
