Job Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects from planning to handover.

* Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

* Manage project budgets, cost control, resource allocation, and contractor billing.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal departments.

* Monitor site progress, resolve execution issues, and ensure timely project completion.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality procedures.

* Review project schedules, MIS reports, and progress against milestones.

* Lead site teams, manage contractors, and report project status to senior management.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15–20 years of relevant construction experience. Strong leadership, project execution, and team management skills required.
