We are looking for a high-energy Construction Management professional with 23 years of experience to take the reins of a multi-structure rural development project in Kathiwada.

All projects are currently mid-way through construction, but now require a dedicated lead to streamline operations, resolve bottlenecks, and drive the site toward completion within a strict 2-year timeline. You will be the nerve center of the project, ensuring that speed and efficiency are prioritized without compromising on quality.

This is a high-coordination role where you will act as the primary liaison between three critical pillars:

1. The Client: Providing transparent progress updates and ensuring their vision is realized.
2. The Architects: Coordinating daily with various architectural firms appointed for different buildings to ensure design intent is met.
3. The Contractors: Driving the workforce on-site, managing site MEP, and ensuring technical execution matches the drawings.

• Daily Stakeholder Coordination: Manage constant communication loops with multiple architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure no design or technical query halts progress.
• Project Streamlining: Audit the current halfway status of all buildings and MEP works to create a lean, aggressive schedule for the remaining 24 months.
• Site Presence: Conduct frequent site visits to Kathiwada (minimum once a month or more as needed) to oversee high-stakes milestones and verify site-wide MEP integration.
• Efficiency Control: Monitor and optimize the speed of work by identifying resource gaps, material delays, or coordination lags before they impact the deadline.
• Technical Oversight: Master the site-wide MEP network, ensuring that utilities for various buildings are synchronized and functional.

• Experience: Minimum 23 years in Construction Management or Site Coordination.
• The Hustle Factor: Proven ability to move projects forward in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable pushing stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Technical Savvy: Strong ability to read and interpret complex MEP and architectural drawings from different firms.
• Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills to manage expectations across diverse professional groups.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in scheduling software (MSP/Excel) to track the 2-year countdown. Ability to read AutoCad drawings or similar and good grasp on downloading necessary software to manage the tasks.

• Base Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathiwada. The candidate will be expected to reside on-site to ensure daily momentum and 24/7 project oversight.
• Reporting: Direct reporting to the Head Office in Mumbai. Travel to the Mumbai office for high-level strategy meetings and client briefings will be required once in 2 months.
• On-Site Team: You will lead and mentor an established on-site team consisting of two site supervisors and two junior technical staff who are already deployed and familiar with the project's current status.

• Direct Supervision: Manage the existing on-site team (2 Supervisors + 2 Junior Staff) to delegate daily tasks, ensure quality control, and maintain site discipline.
• Workflow Optimization: Audit the current output of the junior staff and supervisors to streamline their roles, ensuring everyone is working toward the 2-year completion target.
• Mumbai-Kathiwada Liaison: Serve as the eyes and ears for the Mumbai leadership, providing real-time data from the ground to the head office.

• Housing: Fully furnished, comfortable on-site accommodation will be provided by the company.
• Meals: Comprehensive meal provisions at local canteen (or stipend) will be provided to ease the process of meal preparation.
• Travel: All travel expenses between the Kathiwada site and the Mumbai Head Office will be fully reimbursed or managed by the company.

This role is designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a rural development environment. While you will have a support team of supervisors to handle the bricks and mortar tracking, your focus will be on high-level coordination, MEP integration, and stakeholder management to ensure the project remains on its 24-month trajectory.

This isn't just a supervision job; it is a turnaround mission. You will get the credit for taking a fragmented, mid-way project and transforming it into a completed, functional rural landmark.

Core Objective: To bring order to the existing momentum and ensure all architectural and MEP works cross the finish line within the next 24 months.
