construction project manager

Job Requirements:

. Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience with a Main Contractor in Singapore.

. Strong experience in A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects is highly preferred.

. Candidates with proven experience in Condominium, Commercial, or other building projects under a Main Contractor are also welcome.

. Able to independently manage the entire project from planning to completion.

. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, technical coordination, and site management.

. Experienced in coordinating with Architects, Consultants, PE, QP, Subcontractors, and Clients.

. Familiar with project documentation, shop drawings, material submissions, inspections, and authority requirements.

. Excellent problem-solving and project coordination skills.

. Good command of spoken and written English.

. Able to join immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

. Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion.

. Coordinate all technical, construction, and site activities.

. Resolve technical and site issues efficiently.

. Conduct project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost.

. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team.
