Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning,

execution, and completion of residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate

should have a strong background in civil construction, with hands-on experience managing

projects through the complete project lifecycle from planning, execution, coordination,

monitoring, and handover. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities,

contractors, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring timely project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial construction projects.

● Oversee the complete project cycle including planning, site execution, monitoring,

completion, and handover.

● Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

for smooth project execution.

● Monitor construction progress to ensure work is completed within timelines, quality

standards, and budget.

● Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.

● Conduct regular site inspections and monitor day-to-day construction activities.

● Manage project schedules, resource allocation, manpower, and material planning.

● Track project milestones and prepare project progress reports.

● Ensure adherence to safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality control

measures.

● Resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with teams to avoid delays and disruptions.

● Handle vendor and contractor management, including work quality and timelines.

● Must have experience handling the complete project lifecycle.

● Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, project coordination,

and execution.

● Good knowledge of construction materials, drawings, BOQ, and project documentation.

● Experience in contractor and vendor coordination.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a deadline-driven environment.
