Construction Pricing Analyst (1 Position)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and pricing based on project scope, BOM, and construction drawings.
• Analyse and include all labour resources, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and associated construction activities for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Include mobilisation costs such as travel, accommodation, vehicles, and related site access expenses, particularly for milk run (mass construction) projects.
• Prepare and maintain pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, variation estimates, BOQs, and quotation documents.
• Evaluate structural, civil, electrical, and communication installation requirements to ensure accurate and comprehensive project costing.
• Coordinate with internal design teams to clarify scope discrepancies, construction constraints, and pricing-related issues before finalising estimates.
• Review project documentation thoroughly to ensure no project scope items, including minor works, are missed during pricing preparation.
• Support tender submissions and client pricing requests within project delivery timelines.
• Maintain pricing databases, historical cost records, rate libraries, and estimation templates for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction estimation or pricing analysis.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and installation activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools/software.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in telecom infrastructure / construction projects preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, and project costing will be an advantage.
