CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description

. Plan, manage, and supervise daily construction activities

. Manages all project issues, such as manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.

. Must be understand drawings, and ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

. Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

. Ensure the project is completed according to the required quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.

. Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or its equivalent

. Minimum 15 years construction experience in project/site management in construction industry

. Good knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and project coordination.

. Completed relevant safety courses required,Such as BCSS&WAHS&TFSC.

. Good communication and problem-solving skills,and able to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
