Job Description
Planning the construction project.
-Creating a construction schedule.
-Balancing the budget.
-Assigning tasks to the various contractorsand subcontractors.
-Tracking activities in a project frombeginning to end.
-Working with vendors.
-Managing supplies.
-Define the project scope.
-Create and manage a constructionproject budget.
-Create a construction projectmanagement plan.
-Negotiate with general contractors andsubcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts.
-Develop a construction schedule, withproject deliverables and milestones.
-Manage resources such as constructionmaterials, construction workers and equipment.
-Oversee the performance of the generalcontractor, site manager and other members of the construction team.
