Mustafa Developers is hiring for Construction Manager/Project Manager (DHA 2, Islamabad) in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.
What you will do
- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Supervise site teams including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement teams, and management.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contracts.
What you need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering Management will be preferred.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in residential villa projects, housing developments, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
