Job Description
. Assist in planning and creating schedules and project timelines.
. Overseeing and directing construction works from conception to completion
. Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
. Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives.
. Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site supervisors and sub-contractors.
Requirement
. Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Construction industry locally.
. Strong leadership and supervisory skills
. A team player with good communication skills
. Meticulous and attentive to details
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .
