CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Civil & Interiors) Chennai

M Moser Associates India, an award winning and pioneer in Workplace Interior Design & Architecture is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Chennai team.

This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong Design & Build project experience, capable of managing civil and interior fit-out projects while leading client interactions and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of workplace civil and interior construction projects from pre-construction to completion.

Assist Contract team in preparation of project budget and supply chain schedule.

Capable of preparing detail constructions schedule in Microsoft Project, reviewing Project schedule & deliverables, ensuring construction is carried out in accordance to the targeted timelines and control project budget.

Act as the primary client interface during construction

Coordinate closely with design, project management, Contract and delivery team.

Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines

Lead project weekly coordination and progress meetings

Identify and proactively resolve construction, coordination or technical issues.

Ensure project completion milestones are achieved

Coordinate and manage the client move-in process.

What We're Looking For:

A collaborative team player with 1215 years of proven experience in construction management in commercial interiors / workplace projects

Strong Design & Build delivery experience and in-depth knowledge of technical services

Excellent client management and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site operations

Effective time management and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Qualifications and Skills:

B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
