JOB SUMMARY

• Incumbent must be able to develop , maintain Controls and Plan various activities viz. site management, Execution, Planning and completion of the job within stipulated timelines at project site.
• Incumbent must be a team player and able to lead them effectively.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility of erection and supervision of work as per the timelines.
• Responsible for material requirements at site and to coordinate with head office for materials.
• Overall responsibility for Co-ordination with client/consultants at project location for smooth transition of work without any hassles.
• Overall responsibility to ensure Quality of work and safety at all the project sites in the region.
• Overall responsibility of training the builders/contractors and team under him.
• Review & monitor the bills of contractors and get them processed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Emphasis on Customer relations management and customer service.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

1. Technically strong in understanding and interpret Civil and Architectural drawings.

2.Computer Skills i.e. Proficiency in MS Office viz PowerPoint, Excel and Word

3. Thorough Knowledge in Structural civil works.

4. Travel extensively to various sites situated in the region.
