Lead and manage all offshore construction activities in accordance with approved procedures, project schedules, and client requirements.
•
Plan, coordinate, and supervise offshore installation, marine construction, pipeline, structural, subsea, dredging, reclamation, or platform-related activities as applicable.
•
Manage offshore personnel, subcontractors, vessel crews, and marine spreads to ensure safe and efficient operations.
•
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Marine Operations, and Project Controls teams to achieve project objectives.
•
Review engineering drawings, construction methodologies, lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments prior to execution.
•
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, SIMOPS requirements, emergency response procedures, and company policies.
•
Monitor construction progress, productivity, resource utilization, and cost performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
•
Coordinate marine logistics, vessel mobilization, equipment deployment, and material movements to offshore work locations.
•
Lead offshore construction meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
•
Ensure construction quality complies with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable international standards.
•
Manage offshore heavy lifts, equipment installation, structural erection, hook-up, commissioning support, and related construction activities.
Review daily progress reports, construction records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
•
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure safe and timely project completion.
•
Support project close-out activities, punch-list clearance, and handover documentation.
