We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects in Singapore. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex building, industrial, mission-critical, data center, or infrastructure projects, with proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilitie
sConstruction Managemen
- tLead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover
- .Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and contract requirements
- .Develop and implement construction execution plans, site logistics plans, and project delivery strategies
- .Coordinate daily site operations and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- .Monitor project progress and proactively address issues impacting safety, quality, cost, or schedule

- yWork closely with project managers, planners, commercial teams, consultants, and clients to achieve project objectives
- .Manage project milestones and construction sequencing to ensure timely completion
- .Review construction methodologies and identify opportunities for productivity improvements
- .Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities to ensure smooth project closeout
- .Drive recovery plans where required to mitigate project delays
.Health, Safety & Environmen
- tChampion a strong safety culture across all project teams
- .Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company HSE standards
- .Conduct regular site inspections, safety reviews, and risk assessments
- .Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions when necessary
- .Ensure all contractors maintain safe work practices and regulatory compliance
.Quality Managemen
- tEnsure construction works meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements
- .Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality assurance processes
- .Manage defect identification, rectification, and project closeout activities
- .Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and efficiency
.Stakeholder Managemen
- tAct as the primary site representative for construction-related matters
- .Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, and internal project teams
- .Lead construction meetings, progress reviews, and site coordination sessions
- .Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and project stakeholders
.Commercial & Contract Suppor
- tSupport project cost control and budget management activities
