Construction Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall construction execution and project management activities.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, resources, and timelines.
• Oversee billing, BOQ, measurements, RA Bills, and quantity verification.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Resolve technical and site execution issues effectively.
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structure projects Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Planning, Billing, Quality Control IS Codes
• Strong coordination and team management skills
