Construction Manager

With several new projects secured, we are expanding our team and are currently hiring.

Job Descriptions

• Lead, oversee, manage, supervise, and direct site staff and sub-contractors to execute the project in accordance with the design specifications/drawings, approve work methods, meet authorities requirements, and ensure on-time completion of the project
• Establish the quality management system, safety and risk management, time management, and cost planning for the construction activities
• Coordinate, take corrective actions, monitor the actions taken, and update our client regularly
• Identify and address any site/project issues when they arise
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to ensure proper coordination
• Oversee the planning and construction of the project, monitor the work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program
• Guide the project team in relation to construction works to ensure progress is according to the schedule, and maintain the quality standard

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering infrastructure project experience
• Strong leadership qualities with good analytical and communication skills

The remuneration package shall be commensurate with relevant project experiences, proven track records, and professional skills.
