- Labour Management
- Maintain daily attendance and records of labourers.
- Allocate labour to different work areas as per instructions from the site engineer or project manager.
- Ensure required number of workers are available on site daily.
- Monitor worker productivity and discipline.
- Camp Administration
- Supervise labour camp accommodation and facilities.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper living conditions in the camp.
- Handle room allocation and worker settlement.
- Worker Coordination
- Act as the main communication link between labourers and management.
- Resolve minor disputes or issues among workers.
- Support new labour onboarding and orientation.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure labour follows site safety rules and PPE usage.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe behaviour to the site manager.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
