Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman at Angel Investor, located in Varanasi. The Foreman will be responsible for managing construction activities on site, overseeing workers, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety protocols. Additional tasks include coordinating with architects and engineers, inspecting work progress, and managing budgets.
Qualifications
- Construction and Architecture skills
- Experience in Budgeting and Inspection
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
