Job Description

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction activities to meet project objectives.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Implement safety standards and ensure all construction activities adhere to regulations.
  • Monitor progress and address potential risks or issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Ensure quality control and maintain high standards throughout project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and project managers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Head should have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale property and real estate construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
