Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Experience

• Division 31 Earthwork & Site Preparation
• Division 32 Paving, Asphalt & Concrete
• Division 33 Utilities (Sewer, Storm, Water, Fire Lines)
• Quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift / Bluebeam
• Excel-based BOQs, estimates, bid summaries & cost tracking
• Apply sound construction methodology while estimating (sequencing, productivity, means & methods)
• Prime & Subcontractor bid comparison (Excel)
• Bid proposal management on Monday.com

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech Civil Engineering

• 3+ years US infrastructure estimation experience

• Excellent command over Excel (cost codes, BOQs, formulas, bid leveling)

• Strong understanding of construction methodology for Earthwork, Utilities & Paving

• Ability to translate drawings + specs into buildable, accurate estimates
